WHERE DO I GO TO TRACK MY PAYMENT AND ORDERS?
In your account, click on Order History and view the checkout history. Your orders are sent by registered mailing systems and you will receive a tracking number along with your receipt. This can be used to track your orders with the mentioned service providers.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDERS?
You can make changes to your order in your Shopping Cart, which can be found in your account. Changes you can make includes adjusting your volume order or canceling your order/s. Once the payment is finalized, we are not able to give refunds.
HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES?
If you are shipping your orders within the UK, then expect the order/s to arrive in the five (5) to ten (10) business days after the payment has been made and verified. Please note that this time frame depends on the amount of orders our team has received.
If your order has yet to arrive after ten (10) working days, let us know. Email us right away so we can track your order and confirm its status.
CAN I USE PAYPAL AND HOW?

Products are unreserved, meaning that the first people to order it are the ones who get it. It's mandatory that you pay on check out.
WHAT IF THERE ARE ISSUES WITH MY ORDER/S?
If you receive a damaged item, don't throw it away. Take a photo and send it to us through email along with your Delivery Order. We will look into the issue carefully and investigate the matter before we send the sample again or provide you with an update or answer.
WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY ORDER?
If the order you received were unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us. We do not provide refunds for samples that are:
- Used & physically damaged
- Missing in any form (lace, button, zipper etc)
Send us a sharp photo of the item delivered or the packaging container and its contents along with your Delivery Order. We will investigate the matter and address the issue appropriately. After much deliberation, we will decide whether to send the item again or seek out other measures. If the item was indeed expired, wrong or has gone missing and we have determined that the mistake happened on our end, we will resend fresh products for free.
